Stated first edition. Edited by Herbert Lindinger with contributions by Otl Aicher, Tomas Maldonado, Reyner Banham, Claude Schnaidt, Horst W.J. Rittel, Kenneth Frampton, and Gui Bonsiepe. The Hochschule fur Gestaltung Ulm, which lasted only from 1955 to 1968, was directed by Max Bill, Tomas Maldonado and Otl Aicher and is considered the most important school of design after the Bauhaus. Interview with Max Bill. Illustrated mostly in black & white, some color. 11" high X 9" wide, 287 pages. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra.
