Item description from seller

This is a pamphlet with cardstock covers and a stapled binding. This pamphlet is in Very Good+ condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. The spine ends and corners of the booklet covers have some beginning bumping and rubbing. There is some beginning foxing to the rear covers of the pamphlet. The text pages are clean and bright. "And while I may be the guy who wants the separate state, nevertheless the article is not necessarily a demand for a separate state. The article, if you have read it you'll know, takes off from the resolutionh on this topic which was passed at the Black Power Conference in Newark last July and which, contrary to what the press said, did not demand a separate state; it demanded a dialogue on the feasibility and the desireability of a separate state." (from the booklet) "In 1955, Browne joined the Agency for International Development. There he was a program officer in Cambodia until 1958 and was reassigned to South Vietnam, where he was stationed until 1961. After 1961, he was project director for the Stokes-Phelps Fund and, until 1971, taught economics at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck. Browne founded the 21st-Century Foundation, which was formed in 1971. He was active in the economic development work in Cambodia and Vietnam. In 1969, he founded the Black Economic Research Center in Harlem and directed it until 1980. " (from Wikipedia); 30p pages; Pictured 5/25/26.
