The largest collection of science fiction and fantasy by the husband and wife team of Henry Kuttner and C.L. Moore ever published. The duo usually wrote together but the stories were typically credited only to Kuttner. This edition has a frontispiece by Richard Powers and an introduction by the book?s editor, David Curtis. The edition was either 200 or 300 copies, as the colophon gives both figures and it was not signed. 916 pages plus the limitation leaf. Black cloth spine; red cloth over the boards. Spine stamped in gilt. 7-7/8 by 10-5/8 inches, in a black-cloth covered slipcase. First edition (of this collection).
