Item description from seller

FIRST EDITION IN ORIGINAL WRAPS of a significant paper by Webster et al. documenting a large and significant increase - more than 50% increase in both the frequency as well as the percentage of observed category -- of category 4 and 5 hurricanes for all global basins from 1970 to 2004.
