Moderate rubbing to boards, heavier rubbing to board edges with wear to corners, joints starting, hinges cracked, boards secure. Light browning to interior, faint dampstaining to margins in a few places, light soiling to title page. $950. * Reissue of the first edition, published in 1770 with a title beginning The Trial of William Wemms. The violent confrontation between soldiers and citizens known as the Boston Massacre resulted in the trial of eight soldiers for murder.
