An exceedingly nice copy of the First Edition, 4th printing of Patrick Whites acclaimed novel. While the dust jacket shows signs of wear with rubbing and chipping all around and a small tear at the top of the spine, the book itself is very nice with only a bump at the top of the spine as a flaw. White won the Nobel Prize for literature in 1973, the only Australian to do so, and his works are widely acknowledged to be among the best of the latter 20th Century. Here is a chance to own a very scarce first edition example of a very important English language work.
