Green cloth with gilt lettering and small gilt vignette of tree on spine. Although very slightly bumped at head and foot of spine, binding otherwise in very good condition - no fading. Several ink inscriptions by various members of the Bourne family on ffep, including some unsightly crossing-out. Some foxing to endpapers. 50 pages of unpaginated photographic plates (61 photos in all) before the Envoi and the index. With an illustrated frontispiece by A.Costa, plus a double-spread sketch-map by H.W.Hawes. Sound copy. Seller Inventory # 000958
