First edition. Jacket price clipped, ink name on front endpaper. 1974 Hard Cover. 216 pp. By the author of Our Hearts Were Young and Gay. Illustrated by Mircea Vasiliu. This is, happily, another of Emily Kimbrough's delightful travel books, this time about a two-week cruise on a converted barge on the river Shannon, in Ireland. As the eight passengers hurried to board a Killaloe, the owner commented, "Time enough." And so there was, for what amounted to a suspension of time with no thought of clocks or calendars, just the quiet, constant beauty of the passing Irish scenery.
