Power Department Bulletin printed in black and red onto glossy coated paper, 4to (10-1/2 inches tall), pp. 4, illustrated with a photo reproduction of the engines on the front cover, text in center and test results on back cover. Bulletin with a vertical fold line from mailing, faint doodle on front cover, fold line tears and soil. An unusual piece of subway ephemera.
