Brief account of these elaborate circus wagons, which extended from 15 to 30 feet in height for parade purposes, collapsing for transit; their day was finished by the advent of the telephone & telegraph, whose wires blocked their way. Worn; front cover creased, rear cover dented & marred as if this were the bottom item in a heavy stack placed upon gravel, minor stains; some of the dents reach the inner pages.
