Engraved plates of Belvoir Castle and the Mausoleum in Brocklesby Park, both by F.J. Jobson. Very extensive List of Subscribers. Blue half calf with grained cloth sides, maroon leather spine label titled In gilt, edges marbled. Extremities rubbed, pages 85-95 rather crudely repaired at the fore-edge (not affecting text). A good copy of a rare book. Adam Stark was to write 'Printing: its Antecedents, Origin, History, and Results, a volume described by Bigmore & Wyman as "Chiefly derived from Horne's 'Introduction to Bibliography,' and of no historical interest or value whatever.
