From the Author
Tai Chi Made Easy is the American version of my UK offering, the Tai Chi Manual. It contains very detailed diagrams and photographs of all the movements of the Short Yang Form - one of the easiest versions of tai chi to learn if you are a beginner. Even though I have been doing tai chi for many years, I still like the Short Yang Form the best, as it relates more to health and relaxation - which are my main interests and are subjects which you will find covered in depth in this book. Both the Yin and the Yang phases of each movement are shown in this book, that is the build-up to each stance, and it is also fairly unique - if not entirely unique - in having drawings of the hands, as you the student would see them, as you practice and learn each movement. Hope you enjoy it, and good luck with your tai chi!
