- Octavo, 7-3/4 inches high by 5-3/8 inches wide. Navy blue cloth titled in gilt on the front cover and the spine, with a device in blind on the spine. The covers are slightly rubbed and soiled and the head & tail of the spine lightly bumped. 205 pages. The text block is lightly cracked at page 144 with offsetting from a newspaper clipping to pages 146 & 147. Good. First American edition.
