1879, 1st American edition. (Hardcover) Very good. 130pp. Dark olive cloth with coated black endpapers. There is some scuffing and small holes in the cloth near the center of the back cover, an owner name and stamp on the title page, and some occasional underlining and marginal marking in pencil. Still a presentable copy of a scarce legal title. Translated from the fifth German edition. Translated with introduction by John J. Lalor. (Law). Seller Inventory # 128906
