Right of cancellation
You may cancel a book for any reason provided it has not shipped. Please note that we strive to ship books same day or next day when possible so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Shipping Terms
All items and sets will ship out same day or next day. Books that are four pounds or less will ship Simple Export Rate for standard rate and UPS expedited for priority. Books and sets greater than four pounds will ship UPS expedited. All shipping fees are estimated and may be increased or decreased at processing (UPS charges a remote surcharge for some locations). All items are meticulously and expertly packed. Items are first placed in clear polypropylene sleeves and then wrapped in cardboard or bubble wrap. Items are then shipped in a padded envelope or a box. Sets are shipped in styrofoam-lined and/or double-walled boxes with other packing materials as needed to ensure adequate protection and a safe delivery.
