A near fine copy , however due to a production fault pages 739-754 have not been bound in as pages 723-738 have been duplicated. The missing pages have been supplied from another copy and a letter of explanation from Brigadier B G E Courtis to Major G L Newberry - Cobbett on Institution of the Royal Corps of Transport headed paper was sent with the missing pages, these have been put into a pocket at the back of the book.Newberry-Cobbett's uncashed cheque is attached to the rear paste down .
