Nice Firm Clean copies ! Size: Folio 12 - 15'' tall. A core teaching and maxim from the Dhammakaya meditation tradition within Theravada Buddhism. It was famously emphasized by master meditation teachers like Luang Pu Sodh Candasaro (the discoverer of Dhammakaya Vijja) and further popularized by modern teachers like Luang Por Dhammajayo. The Core Philosophy: 'Stopping is Success' In conventional worldly life, we are conditioned to believe that progress requires constant motion, heavy striving, and intense thinking. If you want to achieve something, you push harder, analyze more, and hustle. The Dhammakaya philosophy turns this paradigm on its head through the foundational principle: "Stopping is the secret to success." Stopping does not mean falling asleep, quitting, or being lazy. Instead, it means bringing the wandering, hyperactive mind to a complete, tranquil standstill-typically anchored at the center of the body (often referred to as the seventh base of the mind).
