Fair copy in a later binding of paper-covered boards. The book has been crudely rebound with considerable wear around the spine, and tape repairs/support in the page gutters, although the binding is tight and the text block appears intact. Some marginal worming evident around the front and rear endpapers. Lacks 2/3 of the title page. The pages are reasonably clean and bright considering the age of the book. However, there is some scattered staining evident, particularly in pages 36 to 44. There are also some isolated instances of marginal annotations and underlining. Minor library marks remain. Armorial bookplate to front pastedown. Binding or reading copy only.; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 69 pages; Rare 16th century title. Physical description: 69p. 30cm. 4to. Subjects: Statutes -- Law -- Politics and government -- History -- Sources -- Early works to 1800. Brixilli -- Faenza -- Province of Ferrara -- Alfonso Este II, the fifth Duke of Ferrara. Language: Latin. 1 Kg.
