One hundred portraits of artists such as Koko Taylor, Bonnie Raitt, Honeyboy Edwards are photographer Jeff Dunas's tribute to the power of the blues, an American tradition that has its roots in the Mississippi Delta and branches spread around the world. Blues scholar, William Ferris, writes the introduction and John Lee Hooker provides the preface.
Jeff Dunas has published his photographs in several major magazines, including GQ, Life, Vibe, Entertainment Weekly, and Esquire. Based in Los Angeles, Dunas has been photographing blues legs since 1994.
