xii, 304, 16; viii, 299, [1], 24 pages. Professionally rebacked with spines and tips reinforced and new endpapers. Original spine panels retained, though with loss to head and heel. Relatively recent ballpoint signature and price to original front free endpaper of each, a few letters inked top right of vol. 2 title page. Frontispieces and title pages foxed. Bindings are sound.
