A record of travel and sport in Abyssinia, now Ethiopia. 244 pp, ill. Just about the only good book we have found on hunting the Walia ibex and with some hunting also for the elusive Mountain nyala. This is Maydon's rarest book. Good reading - an African mountain game hunting book. The tiniest bit of foxing on edge of text block, otherwise a l lovely near fine copy finely bound in half leather over marbled boards, raised spine bands, gilt rules in bands. Scarce in such nice condition.
