"Sales/posting to the USA suspended". Hard cover in protected dust wrapper, x/284pp, b&w plates and maps. Very light wear on edges of dw/boards; a fine copy. NOTE: This Oxford edition is scarce in hardback (first printing). Drawing on extensive records, the author brings the battlefield to the reader. The story unfolds as it took place with maps and photos that complement the text.
