A decent hardback first edition with a bit of shelf wear (please see images). There is an old previous ownership name and address in fountain pen on the front paste-down, and a block of tanning (pictured) to the front and rear free endpapers. The binding is sound and secure and the contents are clean and complete. The attractive dust jacket has not been price-clipped, but it is lightly creased and chipped at the extremities, with a small area of loss (pictured) at the head of the spine. Overall, a good first edition copy with a bit of shelf wear.
