First edition. The book is firmly bound in black cloth lettered in silver to the spine, the extremities are a little bumped and rubbed. The text block is lightly foxed and toned with some minor dusty marks. The Barbara Walton designed dust jacket is the original and not price clipped, it is very lightly marked and a little toned, with slight fading to the spine, some minor rubbing and a few small nicks to the edges. A historical tale of twisted romance, jealousy, twins and witchcraft set in sixteenth century Sussex. Seller Inventory # 4485
