A compilation of insights into healing mindfulness exercises and hands-on tools to apply them to daily life
The Let It Settle Bundle includes both Let It Settle, a groundbreaking new book about how to deal with moments of unrest and overwhelm, and the Let It Settle Journal: Guided Prompts and Practices to Move You From Chaos to Calm Journal, a collection of useful resources you can use to increase your sense of inner calm.
Author and mindfulness leader Michael Galyon walks you through mindfulness-based tools, daily habits, and guided meditations that help take you from chaos to calm. The strategies and techniques in the original book combine with more specifically targeted experiences found in the Journal to give you all the tools you need to handle common challenges, like the loss of a loved one or the end of a relationship.
Inside the bundle:
- Experiential learning techniques relying on proven methods you can use every day
- Effective meditations tailored to specific and common life experiences that offer a path to peace and clarity
- Helpful explanations of mindfulness techniques paired with hands-on tools designed for personal growth and emotional resilience
Perfect for busy professionals, academics, students, athletes, and everyone else doing their best to meet the challenges of everyday life, the Let It Settle Bundle will deepen your understanding and appreciation of mindfulness, clarity, peace, and calm.
