Item description from seller

Second edition of this historically important map of the Cherokee Strip (Cherokee Outlet) in Indian Territory, showing the lands available for homestead claims during the Land Run which began on September 16, 1893. Restored and lined with archival paper. Some loss in title and in a small area of County "K". Original stiff printed wrappers, detached, worn and soiled. This issue has the revised title, with a date of September 8 replacing the September 4th date on the first edition. This issue was also the source for a copy produced as part of a Congressional document in November, 1893.
