"First edition" stated with no other printing indication - 1st, subtitle "A novel of Osceola, Florida's great Indian war-chief", light soiling to edges of text block with eight small stains to fore edge - light foxing/toning to front/rear end papers, mylar enclosed dj shows light edge wear with some scuffing to folds and small chips to corners - 3/8" wide x 1/2" deep piece missing top left and 1/4" tear bottom right with 3/8" diameter stain and 1/2" scratch to upper right of front panel - chipping to top/bottom and some fading to spine, original price intact, included is a newspaper article (wrapped in mylar) titled "Seminole Wars shaped Florida's History".
