New copies, in the publisher's shrink wrap and cardboard cases, as received directly from the Folio Society. Set of three limited editions of selected poems by some of our finest war poets. All three are signed by the artists who illustrated them, and hand-numbered. 9¾'' x 7''. This Folio Society series was designed to emulate the fine press editions of the early 20th century, and the design honours the craft techniques employed at the time, with letterpress printing on Zerkall mould-made paper, goatskin leather quarter-bindings, and hand-made paste-paper sides by Victoria Hall. 'Rupert Brooke: Selected Poems' was published in 2015, in a limitation of 1750 copies of which this is #1378. In addition to six vignettes, Ed Kluz created nine four-colour illustrations to accompany the poems. These were printed at Curwen Studios by autolithography ? a process which produces an original artwork with every printing. 'Edward Thomas: Selected Poems' was published in 2017, in a limitation of 1250 of which this is #496. David Gentleman contributed nine original lithographs and nine letterpress vignettes. 'Wilfred Owen: Selected Poems' was published in 2018, in a limitation of 1250 of which this is #1159. Neil Bousfield contributed nine engravings and eight letterpress vignettes. New copies, in the publisher's shrink wrap and cardboard cases, as received directly from the Folio Society. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall.
