1st Edition, Collins 1983. Thick Royal 8vo. Very many illustrations from photographs, coloured endpapers. Very good clean tight sound square, no bookplate, inscriptions or marks of any kind, well held in joints and hinges, fore-edges attractively untrimmed, rest clean and crisp. Bound in bright gilt lettered original black cloth gently bowed, housed and protected in original unclipped coloured dustwrapper lightly rubbed to spine and with short closed chip to upper leading corner, now in transparent removable mylar wrapper. Ou sont les neiges d'antan? Don't forget the madelaines.
