Orig. published in hardcover in 1967, this is the First Printing of the First mass market paperback edition (Bantam N3844) from April 1968; heartbreakingly, he would be assassinated himself only two months later. Condition is Near Fine: completely clean & crisp, appears gently or never opened! Binding strong & straight & uncreased, with 1 vertical crease to front cover directly along spine. Very mild rubbing to extremities, pages moderately tanned, heaviest around edges, but completely supple & unmarked. Nicely protected in new mylar collector bag Free!
