We carefully package our books with tissue paper, bubble wrap and then card. Insurance is free for books valued up to $250 NZD with international air post. This takes 3-10 working days and is not tracked however over the years I have found this to be very reliable to all parts of the world. If the book is worth more than $250 NZD it can be sent International Courier which is much more expensive, however the parcel is tracked, signature required and insurance covers books valued up to $2000 NZD.
