Boston: Little, Brown, and Company, 1900, 1st edition. Additional two-sided plate advertisement in the back of additional titles by the author. Decorative hardcover with gilt stamping and design, front cover picture includes color of picture of Washington and a scout. Overall condition is Very Good. Cover is clean and crisp with minimal wear. Mild age toning to page edges. Interior is clean, bright and unmarked. A very nice, solid copy! This is a novel for young readers set during the Revolutionary War in the United States. It follows the adventures of espionage of young characters who act as scouts for General George Washington.
