Item description from seller

1969. First edition. Pages 75-103, 6 text-figures and 5 black and white plates. The Scottish Journal of Science was founded in 1965 by Archibald Lamont (1907-1985), a Scottish geologist, palaeontologist, Scottish Nationalist writer, poet and politician. He was also practically the sole contributor to the Journal for nearly twenty years. The Journal contained papers on a wide range of subjects, including geology, natural history, science, politics, and history. The booklet is staple-bound in the original paper covers and is in very good condition with shelf wear and light soiling on the covers. There is browning around the spine, top and fore margins of the front cover. The contents are secure and clean with no inscription.
