1879 Belfords, Clarke and Company first Canadian edition. 322 pages.

This first Canadian edition is extremely rare. OCLC notes only 8 copies are held worldwide by member libraries.

Condition of the book is Acceptable. The binding is straight and sound sound. Pages with text are complete and unmarked. Condition issues include (see photos):

1) Moderate wear to the boards

2) The front free endpaper and the back free endpaper have both been removed (see listing photos for front endpaper view).

While the book is highly collectable, the missing endpapers are a significant defect, and the book is priced accordingly.

Payment can be made via the usual methods at abebooks.com (PayPal account, credit or debit card). Returns accepted for up to 15 days after receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the book does not conform to the listing description.
