First Published 1958 stated on copyright page with no further printings noted. 1st issue DJ with classic mcloughlin cover. 10s. 6d. net price intact on DJ flap. British Bloodhound Mystery # 204. A rare title from the desirable bloodhound series. Book and binding are tight. No writing within. Some toning stains to rear free endpaper. Small discoloration towards upper front edge. Light rubbing to edges. Top page edges are lightly soiled. Rare DJ is in Good only condition as there are multiple open chips and a 1 inch open chip to crown of DJ affecting the title. While the DJ has definite flaws from the open chips, it is still bright and attractive. DJ is preserved under a fresh removable acid-free DJ protector. Seller Inventory # 000665
