The first printing of the 1930 London first edition. Original black quarter-cloth over papered boards printed in gold, green, beige, and black. Professionally rebacked with original spine relaid. Some rubbing and handling wear to covers; spine titles flaked away, but imprint still barely legible. Top edges toned. Otherwise internally clean, bright, tight and unmarked.
