19x23.8 cm, pp. [1-92] (not paginated), illustrations, original pictorial light blue gray wrappers printed in black, string tied. First edition. A fine pictorial record of Stockton in the early 1890s, probably prepared for the California Midwinter International Exposition of 1894. Wrappers a bit dust soiled, mainly rear cover, a very good copy. OCLC reports 3 copies: California State Library; University of California, Berkeley; University of California, Davis. (166307).
