Paperback. Condition: Near Fine. No date, but looks ca 1925 judging from the mix of horse drawn and motorized vehicles in the scenes, and the 1 cent green Washington postage stamp. Consists of a brown folder with two drawings of Chicago, 1812 and the then present, which opens into an accordion strip with 11 color chromolithograph panels per side (22 views in all). Near fine. Covers a bit rubbed along edges, name and address filed in on front cover, cancelled stamp there, brief previous owner's inscription on inside rear cover, otherwise clean, unmarked, with the colors sharp and crisp.
