432p; 12p advertisements. A hardcover book in near-fine condition with a good dustjacket. Corners mildly bumped else a fine, clean, tight book. The jacket's spine is faded (as is often found) and the corners worn through. The head and foot of the spine are lightly chipped and the folds just starting to split. Crease across front panel and general rubbing to the surfaces. One of Wells' major works of science fiction and the basis for the 1936 film THINGS TO COME. A classic distopian novel.
