Tall 8vo., 136 pp., with 12 full-page plates from photographs, printed in a variety of monochrome inks, including blue and rose. Blind embossed paper over boards, titled in gilt and black. Light chipping to the paper at the base of the spine and a scrape to the imprint on the rear board; as is always found with this title, the surface paper is lightly cracked at the spine; however, the joint is firm and unaffected. Issued without a dust jacket. Very good. The twelve illustrations by Augusto Ignacio Vallmitjana are described as "cinegraficas" when in actuality they are still camera images which evoke a cinematographic experience in their placement in the text and their dream-like qualities.
