Edna Fernandes was born and raised in Bombay, India and immigrated to Canada in 1998. Most of these recipes were handed down by her mother and other relatives. They include traditional and other easy-to-prepare Goan, North, and South Indian styles. Edna began selling home-made pickles, curries and sweets at community events including the One of a Kind show in Toronto. She published this book for the enjoyment of all who love cooking and to encourage future generations to continue the tradition of Indian cuisine.

Right of cancellation
