Pages & Markings: unstained, no markings, a 1950 small (2.5x1.5cm) paper stamp from the Australian Tuberculosis Association has been stuck onto the title page just under the author's name by a previous owner for no apparent reason. Shipping Terms

Books are shipped via Australia Post within 48 hours when possible, once payment has been accepted. Overseas orders are via airmail and can take between 10-20 working days to arrive; domestic orders usually take 3-4 working days. Charges are inclusive of all P&H fees. The rates are based on books up to about 1kg (about 2.2 lb) and occasionally I may need to seek a higher shipping fee if the package weighs in excess of 1kg.
