Interestingly, the sculptor postponed his planned exhibit for a year so that he could learn passable English. Sturdy, still tightly bound softcover copy of an artist exhibit catalog from a show sponsored by The Lefebre Gallery, being a Picture Book of his exhibition of sculptures and drawings. Minor wear of glossy covers, less to text-block, and with neither underlining nor highlighting. Replete with reproductions of the best art works from the beloved painter. A perfectly readable, usable copy. Unpaginated, but roughly 14 pp. Complete with artist biography and chronology.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.

Store description
Member, I.O.B.A. (the Independent On-line Booksellers Association) "Structure" versus "Agency." A phrase that has characterized much social-scientific debate. Does “structure” (the routinized regulations of kinship and marriage, work and reproduction, of race, class and gender) determine history, or is it the “agency” of fully conscious, independently acting, individuals? Structure, Verses, Agency Books isn’t going to solve the debate, but we’ll offer you lots of all three. Versus to verses—we specialize in fine, rare and collectible books, from the fine arts to the social sciences, from poetry to photography, from literature and ethnography to fine bindings and Americana. Structure, Verses, Agency Books…

Terms of sale
I've done my best to state clearly and truthfully the condition of each and
every book I have listed on-line. Sometimes, however, books change condition
insofar as they sit on the shelf for a long time, get moved by customers,
get taken to and from book fairs, and so on. If for some reason you don't
like your purchase or it arrives somehow damaged, or if it doesn't get to
you at all, you might be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the
estimated delivery date. If you've changed your mind about a book that
you've ordered, please contact me or use the "Ask bookseller a question"
link to contact me and I'll respond within two business days.
