Shows why the Mennonites left their rich farms in the Ukraine and follows their immigration to the wilderness of the East Reserve which is the area of land now roughly contained by the Rural Municipality of Hanover and which was set aside by the Dominion government in 1873 to encourage Mennonite settlement." - Preface.
