Harcourt Brace Jovanovich: 1978. Octavo. Hardcover in a dust jacket. First edition, second printing. Quarter cloth covered boards with bronze lettering along the spine. Bump to the crown of the spine and ever so slight rubbing to the bottom edge of the boards. Gutter is exposed between the last free end paper and the remainder of the text block but the binding remains strong. Unclipped jacket has minor edge wear and minor soiling to the back cover. Book and unclipped jacket are in very good condition.
