Some reading and cover creases, some edge and shelf wear, remains of large sticker to fore edge of rear cover, pencil numerals to rear endpaper, light foxing to endpapers. ; Paperback original, first printing February 1983. Nice tight copy, no names inside. Cover artwork by Howard Chaykin. ; 320 pages; Colonel McCulloch was up to no good. That was becoming very clear indeed. He'd stashed away a lot of gold, was a prime suspect in at least two murders, and had vanished apparently into thin air. When agent Troy Harman checked out the research station where McCulloch had been security chief he soon worked out that he had! To follow McCulloch, and stop his crazy mission, Troy Harman will have to embark on a strictly one-way trip. Mass Market PB.
