Set of 16 real photo postcards, each measuring 4.5 x 2.75 inches in a folding box measuring 4 5/8 x 3 inches. Box has 1/2 inch closed tear to one flap, corners slightly rubbed, otherwise clean; photos inside clean, unmarked; also includes a paper order form. Very good condition. Beautiful photographs of the scenery between Seattle and Skagway, including glaciers, icebergs, mountains, and more. A nice item for Pacific Northwest enthusiasts. I found very little information on the Scenic Photo Publishing Co.; they appear to have operated in the 1920s and 1930s, and their most commonly reproduced photograph is of two shrunken heads. Worthy of further research. No copies found in OCLC or commerce as of January 2024.
