[8], 232 of 235. Lacking text after p. 235, with 1 blank, and 4 pp. of manuscript notes from a meeting of the Commission of sewers. Near contemporary leather binding? Red spine label, gilt stamped, boards heavily rubbed and worn through the leather in a few spots, but clean and the binding tight and square, some early ink underlining but otherwise contents clean throughout as well.
