'Raggle Taggle' edited by S.F. Downer. Published by Gale and Polde. 1947. UK 1st edition. Published for private circulation only. Large format. The book is in near fine condition with no marks or inscriptions. The dust wrapper is in very good + condition and is not price clipped. There is a small amount of wear and loss to the top/ base of the spine, corners and to the base of the front cover. There are a couple of scratches to the front cover which are virtually invisible, unless close up. The wrapper comes in a clear unattached protective cover. 'A selection of articles and sketches contributed by some of the Officers in the prisoner of war camp at Shirakawa, Formosa in 1944.' Contains various stories, poems, sketches and drawings - some in colour. An important and very scarce book in such wonderful condition. We have other titles in this series.
