VG book, no DJ as issued. TEG. Half red leather, green cloth boards. Gilt lettered spine & front cover. Tight. FINE inside. Owner's name neatly inked inside both covers. Flaws confined to covers. Two, of the four, tips worn down to underlying boards. Both spine ends scuffed but not worn. Front cover upper corner cloth bubbled a bit. Rear board at lower spine stained. The bright gilt of cover & top edge make an attractive book. VERY GOOD book. Floor plans, house views. 1st. 8"x6", 255pp.

Buyer should purchase insurance for $100+ books, which may not be available for overseas shipping. Rates within US are $6 for USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope, $11-14 for Priority Mail flat rate boxes. Overseas rates are $25 ($20 to Canada) for Priority Mail flat rate envelope(4# max), much more for boxes. For all other shipping methods contact us. RETURNABLE within reasonable time.
